Pushing the River

Sometimes I get so caught up in trying to make something happen that it’s the equivalent of trying to push the river.  Not possible.  I’m trying to break my addiction to control and expectations and instead to trust my intuition.  If I can clear my head and feel what’s in my body, I get good guidance.  But when I get scared and worried and start constricting, I can’t focus well and make good decisions.  Expansiveness is a much better choice than constriction.  Constriction closes routes and limits my vision.  But today I can feel possibilities and expansion.  And choose them.  So let the magic begin, because that’s what happens when I can let go and follow the current.
